How it works
Four steps. Then the counts go out on schedule.
Connect your ticketing account, pick the show, add recipients and choose when. TicketCounts.io reads the current count from the platform at each send and emails it.
Step 1: Connect Eventbrite or Universe
Sign in on the platform and approve the connection. We only read, and never see your password.
Step 2: Pick the show
Choose the organization or host, then the event. Shows months out are fine.
Step 3: Add recipients and a schedule
Your agent, the venue, your co-promoter. Daily, weekly or the weekdays you pick.
Step 4: The count goes out
At each send, the current count is read from the platform and emailed.

What is TicketCounts.io?
TicketCounts.io connects to Eventbrite and Universe and emails scheduled, branded ticket-count reports to promoters, venues, artists and booking agents. You pick the event, the recipients and the schedule, and each report arrives by email with the current count.
Which ticketing platforms does TicketCounts.io work with?
Eventbrite and Universe are live today (Universe is a Ticketmaster company). Those are the only platforms TicketCounts.io can connect to. If you sell somewhere else, tell us which platform on the integrations page and we email you once, if it goes live.
How much does TicketCounts.io cost?
Free is $0 for 1 active event report with up to 2 recipients; Starter is $7 a month for 10 active event reports with up to 10 recipients each; Pro is $15 a month for 30 active event reports with up to 25 recipients each; Venue is $39 a month for 100 active event reports with up to 100 recipients each. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro with no card needed. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the account moves to Free: your oldest active report keeps running and goes to the first 2 recipients on its list, the other reports pause until you upgrade, and the TicketCounts.io header replaces your logo. Nothing is deleted.
What is in a ticket count report?
Each report shows the event name, the tickets sold, the change since the last report and, when the event has a capacity, the share of cap sold. Eventbrite reports add a breakdown by ticket type; Universe reports show paid and free totals when a show has both. Refunded and canceled tickets, add-ons and donations are not counted. Counts are read from the ticketing platform when the report is sent, never estimated.
How often can reports be sent?
Daily, on one weekday, or on the weekdays you pick, at the time you choose in 15-minute steps and in your own time zone. Reports for an event that has ended or been canceled pause on their own.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Recipients just get the email. Each one receives their own copy, so nobody sees the other addresses. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and mail apps that support it show a one-click unsubscribe button. Free allows up to 2, Starter allows up to 10, Pro allows up to 25 and Venue allows up to 100 recipients per report.
What access does TicketCounts.io get to my ticketing account?
You connect with the platform's own sign-in (OAuth), so TicketCounts.io never sees your password. It reads only what reports need: which account you connected, your events and the ticket types sold for them. It does not read attendee or buyer details and never edits your events. Stored access tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.
